"My mother and I stayed in a room with two queen beds. Very clean, beds were so comfortable, we both had a tremendous night sleep. The air con was a little slow but worked all the same. The staff on both days we're helpful, very polite and kind. Booking in was straight forward enough but they wanted a payment card handed over so that they could make all the entries instead of putting a card through a card reader. "I was allocated a tiny room with no air conditioning. Shower also didn't work. In fairness, when i reported problems, staff quickly put it right. I paid £288 for 2 rooms which i feel were very substandard. However staff were excellent and food was good."
