"This low key and comfortable hotel is located adjacent to the high rise where the US passport Atlanta is located. I came to overnight to process my passport in person. It was convenient and hassle free. I also came on the MARTA train direct from the airport. The MARTA Peachtree Station is located across the street. "Great vibe in this hotel, super clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request. Lobby bar and lobby area was so pleasant to just chill and have a drink. Elevators were fast, never waited. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom was bright, large and clean with a rain shower. The only downside was no ice machine, but the bar staff was always willing to give us cups of ice."

"The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it."

"On our first night stay, the Kleenex were wet in the box, the toilet paper roll fell off when trying to tear the tissue. Holder was broken. Reported these issues the next morning and was told they would take care of it while we were gone for the day. Came back to find out they not only didn’t fix anything , but they never serviced (cleaned) our room! They also don’t have room darkening curtains. Our room was lit up all night. And the under the bed lighting kept coming on without us moving at...

"Room was not clean looking. Stains on walls, leather on headboard torn, stains on pull out sofa bed. Was given a key to a room that was occupied and walked in on people. Had to go back to front desk for another room which was as described above. Parking garage is pretty sketchy, I was asked to reverse out into the street to let someone get out. I left and booked another hotel, it was a terrible experience for me, my wife and kids."
