"The staff was great, even helped me when the a/c wasn’t working properly, he went to the roof to reset it. Nice, quaint room, comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, interesting bathroom set up but still a nice shower. I probably wouldn’t stay in this area again just because it seemed to be a bit too touristy. But it was easy to get the B & D trains at Grand Street. They were helpful with all aspects of my stay and it was a very pleasant experience. "

"I love Arlo! The clean (nontoxic) hygiene products, soundproof windows, canned water and white noise machine are amazing. Mattress was pretty firm. Slept wonderfully! Raising the standard for hotels. Beautiful location and the whole place is very aesthetic. The staff is welcoming, helpful and kind. Would love to return."

Their wifi was down that day I was checking in which was a bit tricky since their room keys are digital but I was able to check in earlier at 3pm instead of 4pm. I didn't spend too much time in the room but it was a comfortable place to rest my head at night. The bathroom was clean but the rain showerhead was kind of awkwardly located too close to the drain and I kept stepping into it. The water was not super hot either. The location is...
