"The bed sheets did not fit correctly and came off every night. The desk chair was broken in largely unusable. The room was TINY; both double beds were against the walls with a small space between. The exterior is very poorly maintained and the parking rules were not enforced (abandoned cars in the lot). Indoors, people were cooking in their rooms which stunk horribly and caused allergic reactions (asthma) for my child. I will never stay here or a “Choice” hotel again."

"The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."

"Stayed from 7/2 through 7/5 2026. Staffs answer to cleaning room was to open our door and place a do not disturb sign on door and tell us it was a busy weekend. The walls are really thin and screaming children running halls late at night and early in the morning.The refidgerator didn't work and froze our food. Be cautious of the tub when taking a shower too. Ours was slick and husband fell while taking a shower. We asked for a tub mat and told them this was slick (none provided) also that the...

"This was our second time staying at SpringHill Suites over the July 4th weekend, and once again, we had a great experience. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was well organized, and they provided everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean, private, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the friendly, welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!"

"This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference."
