"It was easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed Thursday through Sunday. All in all it was good. Friday night I’m not sure what happened but there didn’t seem to be a front desk agent for about 45 minutes. She finally came walking out from down the hall, there were 5 or 6 other groups waiting for assistance."

"The hotel A/C was not up to par when it’s 110 degrees outside. The tv in the room didn’t work. The remote was broken could not turn down the volume and get a correct channel to stay. The room key did not work had to go back to the front desk. No one was there waited…. A maid came by and asked her if she knew where she was. Had no clue.
