"Was put on the 4th floor... hallway was extremely hot..smelled horrible..carpet didnt look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned in weeks/months... there was no shower curtain in my room.. asked for one.. never got it until I went back to the front desk..had to put it up myself... sink in kitchen was plugged and something floating in the drain. There was something spilled on and in the freezer.. told staff and No one came to clean it. Microwave was rusted and not clean..Outside of the hotel...

"We had room 211. Room had a very strong cleaning agent smell. Found out the reason was to cover the bad smell coming from a corner of the room. Almost like a rotten milk smell. The mini fridge was removed from the cabinet and placed in the corner where the rotten milk smell was coming from. The cabinet where the mini fridge was supposed to be in also had a rotten smell.
