Checked in on a Sunday so expected cleaning on Tuesday, didn’t get it, so we went and had to ask for towels when we returned that evening, which the staff at the desk were very apologetic. They did come in and clean Wednesday but we were leaving Thursday. The bathtub filled up with water while taking a shower, not sure if it had a slow drain or it was actually plugged.
