"The room was sufficiently large and clean as was the bathroom. There is an elevator for rooms on the second floor. The staff was helpful. The bar scene was fun. There is a happy hour every day from four to six and there is outside seating nearby. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Easy walks to good restaurants and the bay front. Also good free parking."

"Was traveling through and booked this hotel on the whim. Was a bit nervous since I was staying with a group of females for a night in an unknown area. Was so pleasantly surprised. 1st outside doors were locked at night. So when I showed up late to check in I didn’t get to just walk into the hotel. That was huge already. There are some quirks because it’s brand new. Like our one door didn’t lock. Like the door was offset. But they gave me a new room immediately. It was clean and comfortable....

"Room was spacious, cool decor and in the middle of town. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The innkeeper was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic but that's not what we came for. It is the one of the oldest hotels in Florida so it has a ton of character. "
