Rooms unmaintained, leakages everywhere including damp carpet, bathroom leaks between floors, had all my toiletries makeup and a Chanel bag destroyed by a leakage and was relocated to another property and room less for an entire day and night. The wheat part was no one could help or knew what they were doing. I am in utter shock."

"Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them. The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization. "

The food at the bar was average, the chips were cold and hard. It is not possible to sit out by the pool as we hoped as the metal lounge chairs were old and covered in dirt and leaves. The few cushions were dirty and damp."
