"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Central location close to the Beacon, markets, restaurants and other food outlets, and pubs. Enclosed yard with tables and seating. Soft but comfortable bed. Quite tight bedroom and bathroom but OK. Great breakfast options. Just a little noisy into the early hours but England had just won at football!"

"Fantastic staff, superb location and well equipped, if surprisingly dated rooms (by Marriott standards). Excellent, varied breakfast and good facilities. Marked down because the air conditioning in the rooms was nowhere near cool enough during a heatwave and because the food served for lunch/dinner was truly awful, embarrassingly so. "unfortunately, this hotel was a very let down for the price. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was never mentioned on the Expedia listing. The corridors were dusty and strong paint fumes, which brought on my astnma. If I had known about the building works, I wouldn't have booked. ​The room quality was also disappointing. "We were given a disabled access room, despite me booking a standard double room. There for 2 nights a no housekeeping at all! Very disappointing!"

"The room I stayed in was difficult to get from the main entrance. Umderstand the building is old however . Route was not well sign posted . I was then charged £10 to use the swimming pool . This was not clear at time of booking."
