"My room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The bed was very good and I slept very well. The tea and coffee in the room was much appreciated. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go to in the city, and close to my daughter’s university accommodation. "Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room...

Breakfast needs a tiny bit of improvement as I also work in a hotel I was excepting a bit more food for the English breakfast but not much was there for it the other things like continentals were more available, Staff are really good and I would recommend this hotels others "
