"Lovely setting, you become part of history as the building and the square has so much history. Breakfast was freshly cooked and you had many choices if you did not fancy a full English. Ramsgate is a piece of France in the UK with a lovely harbour and fine restaurants to be found. Ramsgate has a lot history and lovely buildings that date back many hundreds of years. Great bus service to plan days in neighbouring villages and towns. "

"Newly refurbished room with new very comfortable beds plus hard and a soft pillow. Only stayed one night so commenting on breakfast. It’s ground floor light airy space or sit outside. Choice of cereals, breads, pastries etc. plus great menu of cooked food. I wasn’t going to have anything hot but I was persuaded and it was made up of what I like and perfect. "

"Beautifully located with spectacular views over the beach. The roof top terrace is magnificent - more Mediterranean than the English Channel! The rooms are very stylish, the breakfast and evening meal are delicious. And most importantly, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast has great options and good quality. The restaurant and bar again have great options. Lovely views. Nice coastal walks in your doorstep and nearby hot spots. "Stayed on a Friday night as we were at a family do. Perfect for us. Had the twin. Both beds comfortable - one softer than the other. Had everything we needed. There's limited on site parking but wasn't an issue for us as road restrictions finish early evening and there's no restrictions on the Sunday. The owner was attentive and helpful. Information sheet was perfect. The breakfast was excellent! "

"Sehr guter Stopp etwas außerhalb von Margate. Anmeldung im Pub. Die Zimmer sind über dem Pub, aber ab 22 Uhr war alles ruhig. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Die Dusche war hervorragend, und die Handtücher waren auch klasse. Alles pieksauber. Der Pub macht mittwochs bis samstags Abendessen. Dienstag ist Bingoabend. Das (kostenlose) Internet war ultraschnell. Margate hat viel mehr zu bieten als ich erwartet hätte. Ich komme wieder. "
