Plenty of parking. Staff friendly at check in. We had a junior suite - it was lovely. Clean / bed comfy. Breakfast was included - nice surprise. One of the nicest /best cooked buffet breakfasts we have error had in a hotel I ordered pancakes - lovely. Only neg - the heating in the stairwell - roasting!!

Lovely old hotel with modern interior. Room very comfortable with good size bathroom including bath. Quiet room. Breakfast was lovely and dining area bright. Great selection for breakfast. All staff extremely helpful and polite. Used the spar facilities. Hot tub fabulous. Sauna great. Steam room not functioning properly unfortunately. Very clean. Great that you can book your own time slot. Broadstairs is lovely area. Beach gorgeous. Short walk from hotel into town. Station also nearby. Would highly recommend. Thank you Yarrow for a lovely visit.

Light and airy room, recently modernised. Loved the sky light and electronic blind! Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower well planned and fresh. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style. Well laid out and fresh. Extra options could be ordered which was a nice touch.

This is our first visit to The Yarrow Hotel. We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were just excellent in every way, very polite and professional, the venue is situated in an ideal position and an easy walk to the town of Broadstairs mainly downhill so just a slightly uphill walk back. Good car parking. The restaurant is first class offering a weekly menu with good choices, again staff excellent. Breakfast offers a wide selection of cooked or continental preferences. We opted for a Junior Suite which afforded a large room making for a comfortable stay. All in we consider The Yarrow an excellent choice, we will return again and recommend this hotel in all respects 100%.

Our room 119 needed a walkin shower as opposed to a shower in the bath, the bathroom was big enough for this. In the bedroom there was a desk and chair and this needed a mirror for women to do their makeup and hair. Apart from these 2 observations our stay was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Yarrow hotel. The building is impressive, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food very good. We had a standard double room, which was adequate with everything you needed in it. The only downside was that the bed was a really small double , so we didn’t sleep that well. Other than that, we would recommend the hotel. It has easy access to the town and sea front - 5 to 10 minute walk. We would stay there again, but would choose a room with a bigger bed.

We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. The carpet was very dirty and lots of food on it etc. I suggest the cleaners move the bed to vacuum. Staff are very friendly and efficient especially reception and bar. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but had breakfast which is buffet style. Although they had run out of some breakfast items the staff were very helpful in making sure they replenished anything if you asked. This is the third time of visiting and it is our go to hotel if we want to stay in Broadstairs.

Great stay at the Yarrow. The reception staff were fabulous. The spa was a lovely relaxing treat after a long walk. Shame the steam room was out of order and we weren’t told. Breakfast also really good and we weren’t hurried out when it finished. Would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and well appointed. Nice friendly staff. Did find the hotel extremely hot though, in general. Would have been nice to know you need to book to use the very small spa area, too. And only one hour at a time. This was pretty inconvenient. Oh, and the TV didn’t work. Over the course of 5 days it would have been nice to occasionally sit in front of the telly.

Wonderful hotel. From booking in the receptionist had a warm and welcoming smile. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and polite. The food was amazing. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night and bar food the second which was good also. Will definitely be back.
