"We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls."

"Upon entering the lobby the hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Our first room had dirty linen on one bed and peanuts on the floor, second room was much better. Air conditioner worked perfectly. We went out for breakfast so I cant comment on that."

"This could be a good place to stay but our room had a dirty floor and a tv that wasn’t getting any channels. We had to be brought a different remote and sign into our Netflix to watch anything. There is too much stuff laying around the property giving it an unkempt appearance. Staff is nice and helpful. The mattress is the worst. It’s like laying on a concrete slab. Terribly uncomfortable. It is quiet here which is a plus."

"This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...

"This place was a total wreck. It’s stuck in the halls. The room smelled funny horrible"

"Booked two nights. Barely made it through one. The woman at check-in was very nice, which honestly ended up being the highlight of the stay. The room itself was not great, and the bed felt like sleeping on plywood with a loose sheet thrown over it. No fitted sheet, which was odd, but at least it made checking for bedbugs easy. To be fair, we didn’t find any. The overall atmosphere was giving Schitt’s Creek murder motel with light drug den energy. The balcony view really completed the whole...
