"Very friendly front of house staff. Hotel and spa a little rundown. Hot stone massage was amazing. The hotel do a lunch/bar menu that consist of sandwiches and baguettes from 12 till 5 everyday. However the biggest let down was that the chef had " closed the kitchen" because he wasn't prepared for valentine's day dinners and refused to make me something. "Very nice hotel, great location. But noisy late at night but not too bad. My room was excellent, large, well-equipped and comfortable. Needed another light in the bathroom. Check out time of noon would be better than 11am (just in case you need it). Car park was very secure. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was a dump. It smelled if sewage and the owner/manager was rude and arrogant. He sent an invoice for GBP20 for an early check-in, we were there an hour early, he gave us the key and never said a thing; good luck with that !!!. The menu was pathetic. We didn't eat there at all. Horrible experience. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, but the sewage smell was unbearable. Never again, whoever owns this place needs a new manager, if the manager is the owner this place can't...

Lo primero que me sorprendió positivamente fue la atención recibida en recepción por los dos chicos que había (un chico español, Manuel, y otro chico inglés que no recuerdo su nombre).
