"When I checked out, I forgot I had left my wedding rings in the bathroom. The staff ran after me and returned them when they realised it. That is an amazing testimony testimony of the honesty and integrity of the staff. 👍👍👍 Besides that, this is really a basic hotel. There were frequent blackouts, mosquitoes in the room, and food is very basic. Comfortable enough for a simple stay but nothing more than that."

"The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar. "
