"The area around the property is magnificent. The property itself is very nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only concern I have is in regard to safety in case of a fire. The amenities are upstairs and the stairs are quite narrow. An older person would have extreme difficulty getting down and the windows do not appear to be an option. Maybe there were other options but I didn’t see any. "

"Excellent stay at The Swan - a beautiful hotel in a stunning location right on the edge of the River Thames. The Boathouse pub was a super addition to the hotel, and dinner at Coppa Club was superb. Incredibly welcoming to our dog too. We will be back!"

"Way too expensive. Very dark the wife couldnt see properly to put on make up. No where to hang the towel or dressing giwn in the bathroom. "

"The gentleman on reception who checked us in, David, was stellar. Friendly, polite, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room (4th floor) was relatively quiet and clean tho some of the furnishing had seen better days. Minimal noise from outside, which is impressive given it’s on a busy interchange and close to the railway but some noisy other guests disturbed us a bit"

"The room is in need of refurbishment, curtains not hanging from rail properly, fan heater looks in poor condition, room rather stark being all in white, not welcoming when coming in from the cold and took time to warm up. Poor value for money."

"First up, the photo of this property is entirely inaccurate. It isn’t merely that the photo is of the property a while ago - it is a photo of a different house altogether. See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well. The entire building smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. It is in a fairly advanced state of neglect. We were offered a choice of two bedrooms, and the one we rejected was tiny, with peeling laminate on the floors. Ours has been documented...

"Nice hotel lovely setting. Room was nice. Breakfast was ample and good choice. Pool facilities were nice but shower out of use. No bathrobes in bedroom or slippers had to get reception to deliver them they were not held at dos pool either other than that a very pleasant stay "
