"Did not have breakfast. Did not take shuttle to the airport. The info on the website was not accurate. Shuttle was planning to drop me off at a metro link and I was told that it was a 15 min walk to the terminal. I took a taxi to the airport. Will not use this hotel again."

"If I could rate 4.5 that’s what I would do. The staff are lovely! Super helpful and there is always someone there. The cleaning lady was so nice! Amenities are great. We went to the spa many times and it had a great price. Pool was a great temperature and there was a decent amount of seating options. Breakfast had a big variety and was pretty good. Excellent location it was a very cool neighborhood. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is to me the cleaning wasn’t the best however it was good enough...

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, it's just if you drop some food all the ants will come out of the cracks in the wall and it's a million of them. The staff is so poor and helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was so good 😊 you get American Asian Thai food and there's different selections daily. The staff cleaned very well and the food stayed stocked. They have the best orange juice I had ever tasted. The vending machine didn't work for awhile for them middle of the night...

"My travel group of 5 had a good stay here at this hotel due to the luggage service staff. The luggage service staff was very helpful when we had questions about transportation. Definitely a big help for my group and I since we’re not familiar with the Bangkok area. They were able to set up a full day driver for our one full day in Bangkok and also airport transportation to BKK.
The breakfast staff in the omelette making section could have better communication with their staff. I requested for a...
