There was a slight stale smell when we first walked into the room, but I carry Lysol, and once I sprayed the surfaces and beds, it wasn’t noticeable anymore. "Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. "The room was clean, the door was hard to shut, constant bugs in the room, large ones and smaller ones. unfortunately, the hotel cannot supervise all guests that stay but lots of labour workers that stay here and are up late and leave at 5am to load their trucks to go to work. It's very loud late evening and very early morning. Lots of music was playing on the weekend, late into the night. The pool had no signs that it was closed, nor was it on the website as the manager advised me, I could not...
