"When you walk into the hotel it’s very welcoming. No problems with parking or staff. We’ve stayed here multiple times, majority of the time no problems."

"Vibes were awesome and the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but others might find it acceptable. There isn't a coffee maker in the room, but they do offer coffee in the lobby. Walls were either a little too thin or the neighbors were VERY noisy all night. No fault of the hotel. Would stay here again."

"Well I have a broken finger from the bathroom door slamming into it. Took a cold shower both days that we were there because we had no hot water. Room was not cleaned for us during our visit. We were told it would not be cleaned while we were there and if we needed clean towels we would be responsible for going to the front desk and asking for more. Will not be staying there again"

"Room was clean. They did NOT put complementary water a the room. Barely sleep the train would pass every 1 hour must of the sleeping hours leaving me up all night long. They should have put me an a better room away from the scandalous sounds of the train. Did not worth spend the night an a hotel to be up all night. Haven’t to drive 9 hours next day. Very unhappy!"

"We had two nights of very bad stay in a poorly managed hotel. The air-conditioner thermostat was all over the place. It was either too cold or the thermostat would not activate the AC. My kid had terrible allergies and was feeling sick after we stayed after at this place. It was extremely overpriced, for what we paid. We got the worst deal here. The towels were basically worn out rags, and frayed out. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The mattresses were mushy, though we managed...
