"Our stay at the Lodge was very nice. The property is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable; especially the bed! We arrived at 2:00 pm and checked on our rooms and the lady at the desk said they had nothing ready for check in. We were there for a wedding and hoped to get in to at least one room early to change for the wedding. I know early check in is based on availability. Being told no was not the problem, her rudeness was. We went back 10 minutes later asking a gentleman at the front...

"We stayed for 5 days. The manager Carrie was AMAZING!! The housekeepers we're great in getting us what we needed. I'm not complaining (just saying) the free breakfast is carbs and a Jimmy Dean sandwich that you ask for. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great when we checked in. I'm a mom and I'm picky so I cleaned up the bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Family had a fun time and no issues, security is wonderful. "

"The property is located right off the highway so it is easy to get to. But then it is louder due to that. The pool area is nice but pool is on the colder side even our 4yr old was shivering and he was jumping in and moving around like crazy so he shouldn't of been too cold. The room was clean and the front desk attendee was very nice and helpful. "
