The apartment is in a very good location for walking to restaurants, parks, bike trail etc. It was clean and comfortable with all the kitchen appliances necessary for people who don’t want to eat every meal out. Jamie is a very kind and accommodating hostess. "

The town is very small and not a lot for options for dining and things to do in surrounding towns unless you’re like us and like outdoor activities like fishing. "It's a nice piece of land with a rustic cozy cabin and very secluded. The charms of it outweigh the small cons of the place. What better destination can you ask for than the north woods of Minnesota? Would recommend to anyone who doesn't need the convinces of glamping but want something better than a tent. "Could not have asked for a better experience. The owner is so accommodating, sweet and communicative. The house had everything we needed, was quiet, cozy, and a perfect location for us. We loved everything about this stay & the bed was soft & comfortable, which was a necessity for my bad back. I will 100% stay here again in the future. I loved the sweet time we had when we there I look forward to future stays."

"My fiancé and I spent a wonderful weekend here in total relaxation and peace. I couldn’t remember the last time we’d been somewhere that doesn’t have the constant subtle hum of a fridge or electricity. This cabin has everything you truly need and the hosts are so thoughtful. We felt safe, happy and proud of ourselves for the tech break! Beautiful river front and trails right in front of you. Wonderful!"

"We wanted to take a quick weekend trip to Duluth and we found this cabin. We loved it! Our dog came with and made friends with the neighbor’s dog. The lake was beautiful and we loved walking down the gravel street! The owner and maintenance person responded very quickly."

"This house is gorgeous and Anna is an incredible host! The house looks exactly like the pictures and is so comfortable! We had a sister's weekend where some of us skied and some took a mansion tour. It was conveniently located for all. Anna is a very gracious host - starting with the offer of a free early check-in, yummy cookies and high end chocolates. I asked her if there was half-caf coffee and she went out and bought us decalf to mix our own!!! We checked out on time but one of our cars...
