"Didn’t have top sheet or blankets for pullout couch. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. No hot water in bathroom sink. Beds okay. Clean."

"That was quite possibly the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. Truly there was not a speck of dust in all of the areas that normally I would see dust in. "

"When we arrived we were informed that they were renovating the facility. We were told they were replacing windows and that the crews would start at 8 am. We were then informed that the restaurant and bar were closed. They did start replacing windows the next day and were banging and making a LOT of noise with drills. We opened the back door to our room to get fresh air. My sister had her service dog with her and the dog would bark when they were banging and making noise drilling. She barked...

Unfortunately there is no personnel on site to attend to. We were there for just a weekend and it was my husband's birthday so we didn't have time to figure out how we should address our complaints immediately. Furthermore, the entire house was extremely cold and the guests are not able to adjust the temperature! We were freezing at...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Retreat. It’s very conveniently located in the midst of the kings Bay Area in crystal river. There’s some nice really good restaurants within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. The place was super clean and the coffee maker in the breakfast area was first rate (fresh grind and brew for every cup). The only downside was no WiFi in our room (room 6). It was available right outside. We weren’t visiting for the WiFi, as all the outdoor experience and beautiful...

"Owner/Operators are very friendly and attentive to the needs of their guests. The Country Room was cozy with comfortable beds and spacious shower. The only downside, are the interior walls are very thin, with the noise from our next door neighbors TV being very prominent. The yard area was a bit busy (could use some TLC) but that was pointed out to us in their flyer. A bit overpriced, but If you’re looking for peace and quiet, a great view and a nice breakfast in the morning, this is your spot! "
