"Good-close to downtown and other sites. Breakfast was very good too!! Loved the coffee!!
Bed-when we arrived at 630pm our room was not clean and ready. It was the last room and took 2 hours for us to get into the room. Wifi only works in the Lobby, not in our room. Ice machine located outside our door and very noisy. Phone not connected. Shower dials broken and about to fall off the wall. Housekeepers only left decaf coffee every time. Much improvement needed!!!!!"

"We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely."

"This is NOT a three star rating as posted by the questionable "Anonymous" reviews. We left after one hour due to what appeared to be blood stains on one of the lampshades, and just general uncleanliness. There was a pile of someones dirty clothes sitting in the hallway.
There are many lodging options in Santa Fe - Pay the extra money and avoid this place. I have yet to see one positive review of this hotel that wasn't "Anonymous.""

"My wife and I stayed at this property visiting one of her lifelong friends. Plumbing in the shower /tub did not work. We reached out to management and they said that's just how old plumbing is. However, I own multiple rent houses and deal with these issues often. It was not the old plumbing. It's a simple fix of replacing the spout for the shower tub complex to work.

"We came here last year and absolutely loved it, so I knew I had to come back! This is such a peaceful and tranquil place. The chickens are precious—my husband enjoyed them so much that he went to visit them twice!
I loved soaking in the mineral water, and the different tubs offer a variety of temperatures, so you can find exactly what feels best for you. Resting in the hammocks and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings was wonderful.

"I've stayed at El Rey many times, and I always enjoy it. The rooms are large and smartly decorated, there are many fun events that regularly occur on the property, and everything is well maintained. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, although the bartenders at La Reina seem to favor local patrons and can sometimes be aloof. The La Reina Mesita foodtruck is a bit hit-or-miss, but is nonetheless convenient. Overall, it's a fun place with great amenities and is centrally-located....
