Yes my daughter and I stayed there and it was good! The breakfast was yummy, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate! Very clean! If you have kids the water park is very close and the cars for kids to ride in!

If you book a room with a washing machine, it’s honestly the best option, and the hotel even provides detergent for your stay if you ask for it. The staff was wonderful: extremely attentive and kind. They made us feel very comfortable and were always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was honestly spectacular. There were many options, both local and international, and everything was delicious. The breakfast hours were also excellent, making it easy to eat and still get to all your planned activities. It’s especially ideal for families, particularly those traveling with children. The location is a bit far from the center of Hanoi, so you will likely need to take a Grab, taxi, or use the hotel shuttle. However, it was actually wonderful because you get to sleep in a very peaceful area, which allows you to rest very well. And finally, if you stay here, you absolutely have to get a massage: WOW.

Every dining experience was memorable, especially at Trần Dynasty Restaurant, where I enjoyed outstanding cuisine, excellent presentation, and warm, attentive service. The quality of the food and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I also highly recommend the hotel’s private car transportation service to Nội Bài International Airport. The vehicle was luxurious, comfortable, punctual, and provided a seamless, stress-free transfer that perfectly complemented the overall five-star experience. The herbal massage was excellent. My family and I can’t wait to return to this hotel soon.
