"The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back."

There was mold in a lot of places and when we asked to have our room made up as we were leaving for the day, it wasn’t done by the time we got back at 6 PM. Our refrigerator had an awful smile coming from it and it took them forever to replace it."
