"Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta"

"Great views! Place was clean and comfortable… elevator didn’t work and you have to check in at a separate location if it’s past 5 PM"

"Great place to stay. Central to all the lifts. Dining within 3-5 minute walk."

"Love the Scandinavian style, cleanliness and amenities."

"The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later...

"The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us."
