"It was Excellent from start to finish. You get a lot for the Resort fee and they have a self park option. The Golf course was a big feature. Hot tub on balcony overlooking golf course. Beautiful comfortable furnishings including the bedding. Great blackout blinds in room and Air Conditioning worked great. Overall recommend but be ready to be surrounded by the golf course crowd. "

"Room was fine. AC was a challenge, it was not working a sit should. Master bath shower was broken and leaking (was working though). There was no phone inside the room so have to call the front lobby from our phone. There were no clear instructions about check out procedures. I had a to call and ask about trash and towels etc. A bit run down place."

"This location is everything! Perfect ski in/ski out. The lift did get shut down during our stay since it was the end of the season but we easily grabbed the Empire shuttle and headed over to mid mountain without issue. The condo is gorgeous and well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Now the negatives- we arrived late night and the heat was working overtime despite it being 55 out. It was 92 inside and the heat wouldn’t cut off. Had to sleep with windows open and fans full...

"Ben at the front desk was fantastic and got me into a great room early. The hotel is a bit shabby in places but is clean overall and definitely ideally located. The free parking underneath the building is a treat. There is no hot tub, simply a lukewarm wading pool. Utah Ski & Golf is a terrific family-owned ski equipment rental and retail shop, conveniently located in the lobby. "

"Great place and location. A bit tight for 24 grown men but we made it work. Beds were all very comfortable, Huge hot tub, and deck has an open gas fire pit which was awesome!"

"Dishwasher was broken, as was the hot tub (major reason for booking), and 10am mandatory checkout is earlier than the 1100 industry standard, and no late checkouts available."

"This property was very comfortable and the perfect location to historic downtown Park City as well as other popular outdoor attractions. The only concern we had was the air conditioner; a couple days of our stay the temperature was in the high 80’s and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling well. The gas fireplace was giving off heat, so that may have been a factor. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. "
