"The reception staff were polite and extremely helpful. The kingsize room was excellent. Clean and with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food options available, and clear information advising when the busiest times are incase you wanted to avoid them. The hotel was central with easy access to the MRT stations, shops etc. We downloaded the Comfort taxi app and had no trouble getting taxis to and from the hotel if we were going further...

"The room was clean, the front desk was very helpful and David was helpful with showing us the room, instructions to set up hotel WiFi and delivering the my luggages as well as the lost luggage at the cruise ship notice from the front desk for pick up. Also the helpful instruction on how to adjust the room temperature."
