"A great find! Just a 5 minute walk from the end of the 290 bus route from the airport and easy to find. Don’t be put off by the courtyard, it’s lovely inside. The staff were brilliant, they helped us with directions to the city centre and to the football ground and nothing was too much trouble. The room was great; very clean and quiet. Breakfast was just right, not too much choice which was good. We are planning on returning to Zagreb and would have no hesitation in staying here again!"

The location is unbeatable — steps from the funicular to the Old Town and the main square, with endless restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries nearby. Even over Easter, there was no shortage of options, including plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free friendly spots. The city has a wonderful, affordable vibe. Breakfast was outstanding — generous hot and cold options, and easy to navigate...
