"I didn’t use the amenities, the breakfast was just a small continental breakfast in the small lobby. We took our food back to our room to eat."

"Clean. But had rat traps by the entrances. Also the breakfast was the worst I ever had at any Comfort Inns. Breakfast, muffins had a refrigerator taste, scrambled eggs had a lot of water, no side meats which there usually is. Bagels not that great. The room was clean and cleaning staff did not understand English when I asked a question. The good thing room was clean, shower tub need to be calked, Good for a two night stay."

"This is our “go to” when we are in DC to visit our college student. We love the convenience to the metro and the parking cost is the most reasonable we have found in the area. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. On our second night the toilet quit working, maintenance was there within 10 minutes of our call to the front desk. "Fabulous amenities! The gym, restaurant and bar are top notch. The beds are very comfortable and the location is walking access to Georgetown."

"La limpieza y atención excelentes, las habitaciones en excelente estado así como todo el hotel, buena ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno."

"Beautiful hotel! From the minute we walked through the front door everything about it was impressive. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive. There is a great market that’s open late and offers a wide variety of items. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. As for location….perfect!! Great neighborhood and easy access to the metro. Only one stop from Foggy Bottom. This was the most enjoyable hotel we’ve stayed at in a very long time....

"Old and very rundown. Stairs to get to the first and second floors (no elevator) for handicap folks. Staff seemed very lazy. Three mornings in arrow without coffee at 5:45-6 am. Didn’t seem to care! I would never start there again or recommend anyone to."

"The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!"

"Nice"

"Placemakr is a great place to stay when in Ballston. Staff is amazing and eager to assist. The location and parking options are great. Highly recommend this property."

"Room is clean, PenFed Mall is right next connected. But there is buffet breakfast."

"Room was clean, housekeeping was so sweet and attentive. Front desk staff (mikeal and angel) super welcoming/friendly. I felt safe. Beautiful property, bar, and restaurant Lounge."
