"An excellent located property to food and transport etc. The room was extremely comfortable with all the mod cons, amenities provided, good cooking facilities, WiFi, good hot shower, quiet room and a fantastic view. Couldn't ask for anymore"

"Good"

"Descent location with easy access to city. Connected to a grocery store and a food mall. My room was very minimalistic with no hot water. The sheets and towels did smell wonderful. But overall descent for price. It appears there individually owned so your room might have more to offer."

The room was neither spacious, nor too small. The location is good. It is on the edge of the Makati bubble so you get a good balance between a convenient location to everything and a lower price. "Clean and welcoming lovely stuff"
