"The hotel was very well kept and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My family was impressed by the breakfast buffet, complimentary ice creams, and offering things like cool patches and umbrellas to help with the weather. The concierge was amazing, answering all our questions, helped us with calling taxis and they were able to suggest restaurants based on our dietary restrictions. Would highly recommend! When we visit again we will for sure be staying here again. Thank you to the whole...

"Convenient location with many public transportation options. Lots of restaurants nearby. We got the premiere room with kitchen and washer/dryer. The rooms are cleaned daily. The walls are soundproof, only sound comes through the windows. The bed is surprisingly comfortable and we sleep well every night. It’s like home away from home. So comfortable."

"チェックインは7階キオスクで！とメールを頂き向かいましたが、キオスクが発券機みたいな機械だと知らなかったので、探しました。(日本ではキオスクはショップなので)
たまたま出会ったスタッフの方に教えて頂き簡単にチェックイン、チェックアウトもできました。
ソウル駅ロッテマートからも約10分程で、ホテル下にコンビニが2軒あって便利でした。
ただ土日だったからか、食事ができるお店は空いてませんでした。
また利用したいと思います"

"The hotel was very well-kept and tidy. The AC worked well and the provided breakfast was fine for our family. We were never in contact with any staff during our stay, but it was easy to navigate everything through the technology provided to us. There was a slight odor coming from the bathroom, but it was not that noticeable if the bathroom door was closed. Overall, we had a great experience at this hostel :)"
