"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "The place was very clean. Staff were very courteous. We rented a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in living room. Sofa bed was comfortable. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette. Washer/dryer was available although hours are very limited but we still appreciated having it available to us. "This hotel is so cute!! Located in a great part of Sevilla and I felt safe the entire time. One late night, I got locked out of the hotel, but was able to quickly and easily get help by calling the emergency phone number. One downside is that the bathroom door is practically see through, so if you’re sharing the room with friends, family, etc. keep that in mind as it can be a bit awkward. "Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."
