"Food was nice and fresh could do with a bit more choice in hot food selection. Service was not good always having to ask for them to top up coffee as they are meant to come top it up and they never come and asked if you wanted more coffee so that was a shame. Stud waiting for them to show us to a table a guy at the table had to say you have people wanting to be seated so not good there. But the rooms are ok could be better if it had charging plugs next to the bed as there wasn't any. Maybe...

"An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now! "
