"All aspects of the hotel were very good, all rooms were pleasingly decorated and as you would wish in a traditional highland hotel, even down to some whisky in the room. We requested a front room and this was provided. Great cooking. "

"Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging. There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff. Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”! will definitely revisit & highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely experience! Mark & Kirsten."

"Our stay was amazing, very comfortable, and lovely breakfasts. Great quiet location with some nice views too. Thoroughly recommended. The only thing I would say, and this is just a minor niggle, is that the in-room TV is very rudimentary. Just basic channels, with no way to stream Netflix or other services. "

"A truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money. "

"The Old Mill is a true gem and provides everything you could ask for - a beautiful setting, immaculate room, luxurious bedding and bath, wonderful dining, and a staff that is excellent. They anticipate your needs and do so with a warm, hospitable attitude."

"Wonderful hotel in scenic Pitlochry. Our room was delightful and the bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast room was beautiful. The sitting room off of the lobby was so warm and cozy with the fireplace burning. Great location. Breakfasts are all cooked to ordered. Excellent food but slow. We loved Pitlochary and hope to come back. "

"The staff are the greatest asset. All friendly, helpful and smiling. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The room was huge - only negative was that it was a big too warm inside because the weather was sunny. No air con ( I don’t think). The grounds are gorgeous and views breathtaking. Extremely handy for Explorers Garden and Pitlochry theatre. Will definitely be back. Great facilities : gym, pool, hit tubs - lovely bar area too. "

"The saff were wonderful and welcoming! Rooms very nice and clean! With all you need. Excellent service from the breakfast staff! And our vegetarian breakfast was tasty and filling. There was also pleanty of options to choose from. Only one thing i would say needs improvement are some furnishings are running the overall aesthetics due too large chps on the table and cubards. We got to stay for two nights at a very good price! We eally enjoyed our stay! And would definitely stay again. "

"The room was nicely appointed, comfortable bed and great views of Loch Rannoch to enjoy. Wee bit of a tricky drive to get there so you have to be paying attention to the narrow country roads. Food and drink was good. Good facilities to use, with the gym and spa/pool."
