"The waterfront view and peaceful front deck and yard was great! The early mornings and evenings on the Adirondack chairs were the highlights of the cottage - watching the water fowls and ospreys roaming the sky. Tucked away enough to not hear the road noise. The loft is for nimble folks, bunk beds are great for little kids but a bit small for teens. Grilling was easy with all the tools needed. The IKEA induction stove kept the cottage from heating up during meal times. Outdoor shower was nice....

"This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again."

"This place is so cute and SO easy to find. Quiet location, but close to the highway and a Dunkin steps away. Perfect location to crash after a pats game!"

"Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. Bathroom and shower were clean.The issue: 64 steps to the apartment, some extremely steep. No way we were getting a suitcase up those stairs. We threw essentials in a bag and...

"Had a great time in Warwick at end of May for our 4 days. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Weather was unseasonably cool and they came in person to turn heat back on. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again in future."

"It was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a chill but unique experience! It was very walkable and the views were beautiful. We spent most of our visit just hanging out on the boat playing cards and making memories! And there were three fun bars right on the marina which were great. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when needed. Would recommend! "

"There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream....

Perfect location - easy access to everything we wanted to see without being right in all of the city traffic. The host was super communicative and easy to reach. "This property is a charming one bedroom cottage nestled in a seaside enclave. The outdoor shower is the best I’ve experienced and add a bonus of outdoor toilet adjacent to but not in shower. Kellie supplied us with guest passes to lovely small town beach as well as bicycles and kayaks. There are many areas to explore on the property including an outdoor table tennis set up, fire pits, hammock and multiple outdoor dining options. Bring your binoculars to watch the osprey catch their dinners!"
