"Kookaburra Lodge was a great place to stay for our first time to Halls Gap. Right in town and even walking distance away from some of the Grampians trails! Simple, clean rooms and friendly staff. I really enjoyed it."

"Das Personal war nett und die Unterkunft sauber und mit allem eingerichteten was man braucht. Wir waren im Winter da, deshalb haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt. Jedoch waren mit Spielplatz, Hüpfkissen und natürlich besonders mit den Kängurus und vielen Vögel in der Anlage alles da, was man sich wünscht! Die Lage ist perfekt um die Grampians zu erkunden. "

"The park is a little outside the busy town. Nice and quiet, but still close to all the attractions.The cabin was cosy with all the essentials. We loved the flock of Cockatoos and the kangaroos. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay."

"A great stay. The room was massive and perfect for my needs. So close to everything and yet very quiet. It's in a lovely garden setting too which adds to the peaceful feel. The staff were very kind allowing early check in which was a great help to be able to drop luggage off. "

"Our room was so much better than expected. We have stayed in many motels to be able to compare. It seemed to be newly renovated with a large bathroom and shower. Very tastefully done with great colours. The bed was comfortable with electric blankets keeping us warm from very cold nights. The main room was big with a lovely bay window. Over the road is a shopping centre with all your needs. Just a short walk around the corner and we were in the Main Street of Ararat. Staff were very friendly...
