"Die Villa ist sehr sauber, hat einen weitläufigen wunderschönen Garten. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große schöne Terrasse, mit schönem Ausblick. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist da genau richtig. Wir haben die Ruhe wirklich genossen. Der Strand ist fast leer gewesen, was auch sehr angenehm war. Die Elisabetta und Marco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es 10-15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es eine gemütliche Pizzeria mitten im Wald, 7 min...

"Everything about this property was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and all facilities were well maintained and a real treat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem. "

"Ein sehr besonderer Ort. Wenig Touristen und idyllisch gelegen. Der Aufenthalt im Zelt war einfach traumhaft. Frühstück klein aber fein. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann es bestens weiterempfehlen!"

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Great location to the port, we took advantage of the free shuttles right in front of the building to the port. We also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants within walking distance. The host was also excellent. She was easily reached via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this apt."

"Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. "

"We spent 2 weeks beginning of July. All is exactly what it is mentioned on the site. Our journey has been very nice. Vanessa was available for all request. We appreciated the cleaning of the location, it is well-equipped, well-protected as well. A strong point is that the location is closed to the bus stop to go easily to Rome. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...

"Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."
