First of all I booked this location because of the rooftop pool and it was closed for renovation however, I was never informed of this while booking and I specifically asked the front desk about the pool and they never mentioned it was closed. They just told me what floor it was on. I arrived at 11:40 AM and asked to check in and be notified when the room was ready and they told me that they do not do that....

The only two negatives I experienced (Which were both mentioned in previous reviews I had read before I booked) were: 1. The bed was definitely not firm and solid 2. The walls are very thin and other guests noise & movements are easily heard."
