"the property was wonderful - all rooms face the beach. With the balcony access the ocean views were tremendous. watched Dolphins every day right in front of our room! Nice to be on the boardwalk - easy walking to lots of eateries and stores. The breakfast was very good and nice dining option in the cafe or out on the terrace. The only drawback was the pool. The first day we arrived it was very nice, but each day it went downhill. Looked like no one was cleaning it and the algae or mold...

"Everything was great about the property but 2 things. One, when we took showers there was standing water that eventually drained, not a major issue, but still. Two, there were WAY too many kids up on the rooftop pool where the sky bar was located. It almost seemed like the pool was a babysitting tool for the parents drinking at the bar. Other than that, I would recommend this place still."

"Floor eleven key didn't work have to go up and down 3 times, and when we where frustrated the receptionist was rude then she send someone to fix the door so we have to wait late at night for the guy to leave our room, no privacy bad night."

"Our suite had so much space for our 4 family stay! Everyone was comfortable. Living room and kitchen were a must. The bathroom was a little outdated in the dbl room, but other than that no complaints. My kids loved all the pools and the direct beach access. Close to restaurants. Great stay"

"I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s our spot. We’ve stayed here before, but this time the kids and I decided to make it our permanent Virginia Beach place. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful as well. It’s a really short walk to the beach from the parking lot. "Having a full kitchen made such a difference with my picky grandchildren. We were able to shop near by, prepare meals we enjoy and avoid the mediocre overpriced tourist food experience. They enjoyed the indoor pool when it was raining and we couldn't be on the beach!"
