Good enough for the price. Clearly in need of updating. The shower, in particular, had trouble delivering hot water in the morning. Our second set of towels were hidden in the wardrobe. Our best experience of hotels in Exeter. Lovely atmosphere in the lounge area and staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and the layout and style is really good. Nice to see that the shampoo , soap etc are not bolted down. Would definite go back when the opportunity arises

The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was clean inside, but the hot tub steps were a bit mouldy and the bike/cleaning hose fired water in two different directions
