"A great escape, perfectly located near Taralga and Wombeyan Caves. I stayed with my friend and her 9-year-old daughter, and we all had an amazing time. The sheep were the highlight for her daughter — the hosts were incredibly kind, letting her feed them, and she even learned all their names. When we left, I'm surprised if she’d tried to sneak Sid into the car with us!"

"Great place to stay with everything that you need. Good location for dinner, and so relaxing. Will definitely come back again. Host was so obliging and happy to accommodate our request of booking changes because of date alterations for a specific event. Would highly recommend. So inviting!"

"The cottage has been renovated recently and is a great mix of heritage and modern comforts. Really well located, right in the centre of town. Jack is also very quick to respond to any questions. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Taralga Terraces - Whiting's Store and loved the town. It was cold so we made the most of the combustion fire and the beds were cozy and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. We ventured out to Wombeyan Caves and also had dinner at The Argyle Inn which was fantastic. Crookwell is also a lovely little town. Lisa was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this centrally located property."

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly hosts who have truly created a peaceful haven.The cottage itself is rustic and cozy, yet very well-appointed with everything we needed. "Property was comfortable for 14 people. Only stayed two nights with extended family but overall was very nice. Could use a bit of attention in places. On tank water so supply not reliable. Rustic but charming location."

"We loved staying in the Tiny House. The location is so peaceful. We took a walk around the property and saw Kangaroos and an emu. We loved cooking on the open fire and the bed was super comfortable. "

"My sister & I stayed at The Lodge. We had a relaxing but also a fun time. So many things to do in the games room. The views are spectacular. The hosts were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property"

"When we finally worked out where the house was on this desolate property, we were greeted by a dilapidated boxing bag and home gym on the balcony. Inside we discovered a filthy kitchen, glassware and cooking utensils, stained cushions, carpets, chairs and couch, horrendously dirty inside windows, a desolate deck, dismal firepit area, and a creepy caravan in the bushes. Our group of six stayed in the Barn, which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities.
