"The suite was excellent—very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the man at the desk was unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome. The following day, the woman at the front desk was rude to the cleaning staff and also unfriendly toward us. The room was great, but the customer service at the front desk definitely needs improvement."

"The location of this hotel was excellent. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. But, the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway, as well as loud stomping noises from the room above. "The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. "

"The space is definitely family friendly! Very spacious and in a perfect area where you are able to walk around. The only minor thing I would recommend it to change the shower curtains more often, when we were there you can see them turning yellow and smelled slightly like urine. The check in was smooth and otherwise have no complains! "
