"What a beautiful property! We had an hours-long tour with Kathy, the caretaker, who lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There was so much to explore! The kids loved the pool. We played tennis. We walked, and walked, and walked. Quirky, and fun! Kathy and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beds were comfy, and lots of care taken to keep the place clean and visually interesting. Enjoy! "

"We were met at the gate by Sophie, property manager, who took us on a tour through her beautiful gardens and who was kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our four night stay. Jam, milk, cofee and tea were provided for us. The cottage is clean and well set out, with the second bed being a sofa bed which was suitable for one daughter but wouldn't have suited both. "Clean property with all the amenities that we needed for a short stay in Mount Gambier; would recommend if you have a family to stay with younger children as there is outside space to play. "

"Beautiful and simple property on the end of Cape Douglas, straight on the beach. If you like having a fire inside or outside in family or a few friends, this is a little paradise. The house is nice and neat. Shallow waters in front, walking distance from heavier waves. I will def come back in summertimes. "

"The size of the property alone is 5 stars! We all truly felt at home for the night with so much room to move about for 10 adults. You’d think there would be some noise being on a main road, but we could barely hear a thing. Great location and a minute walk to Noky at the Henry where we had a great dinner. Communication prior to check in was great and the process was so easy. Comfortable and modern furnishings. Will certainly book again when in Mount Gambier!"
