"Good spot to stay, no real complaints. Beach gets three stars not great, if you are a pool person then its okay. Hotel close to other restaurants if you went to explore outside hotel restaurants. i would try another hotel next time. Service and Bali culture in General gets an A+"

"My family and I loved our stay at The Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso! The Italian restaurant was fantastic and had a nice vibe sitting outside by the beach. "I loved to location! We stayed only 2 nights but we loved it and would stay longer. One and only thing to mention, the restraint at the beach was beautiful and the staff amazing, but I think the food could use improvement. Excellent otherwise☺️"

"We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are so lovely, warm and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean, and the pool area was so well kept and inviting. Location was great, we found a few really good places to eat. Our only negative was how filthy the beaches are, really gross, so much plastic and rubbish. I was last in this region 8 years ago and it was dissapointing to see nothing had changed. The hotel though, 10 out of 10 "

"BRR is true to its name - very relaxing and pleasant with an amazing pool, lovely staff and beautiful, calming atmosphere, settled around a lush garden of palms and frangipani. "Overall, I rate this property excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that during my stay, I didn't have the chance to fully experience the all-inclusive aspect. "This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay.
