"To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust. Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update."

"We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

"Lodge of the Ozarks has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cozy and clean. A Christian feel. Great breakfast and pleasant staff."

"We enjoyed the extra roominess of having the suite. The huge soaking tub was so relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. An upgrade of larger pillows might be nice, but they were fine."

The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled...

"Clean room"

"Old school but well maintained room. Very functional and comfortable - I slept great."

"Nice clean rooms !"

"Check in was fast and easy. Desk manager was friendly enough. We checked in and noticed the bathtub and sink were both extremely rusty.... dirty looking, but possibly clean? The tub was that ugly brown on the bottom were many feet had stood and bits of hair was sticking wall and floor. Kind of clean, but not great! It was later in the evening so just to be safe, I took lysol wipes to everything! The next morning i went to shower, when i pulled the shower curtain, a bloody washcloth fell down......

"Great stay. Will repeat."

"Staff was very courteous and polite! Room was clean!"

"Our only draw back a little tight bathroom door and stool. Workers very pleasantl , clean I stayed there before but was under another name. Will stay again."
