Piece of heaven

Property was clean, private, great for two people, and very close to everything my fiancée and I wanted to do! Host was also super kind and accomodating, even helping us trying to locate our car keys that we lost during our stay. Definitely recommend!

we totally enjoyed our stay didnt spend alot of time there but comfortable when there, great location to do many things in in a short time. Questions were answers very quickly. Would recommend if visiting Tampa area. Did a online search of the neighborhood and have to say so much nicer than online search. Thanks for having us

Super Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay in the guesthouse. It was spotless and very private and quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was within 10 minutes to everything! We will be back!

Cozy and comfortable!!

We loved staying at this property. Clean, cozy and comfortable - with lots of little extra’s included. Our first VRBO booking for the start of our vacation. We might be a little spoiled now! Thank you Janice for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful place!

The Urban Nest was a wonderful place to stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and Janice makes it really welcoming and comfortable. It’s become our “go to” place to stay in Seminole Heights.

So cute and comfy!

Very cozy little spot. It was very nice that while being a guest house, they fenced off your part of the backyard so you were separate from the main house and it felt like your own area. Everything was really well-stocked and super clean.

R & R at The Nest.

My husband and I needed a quiet place to kick back after several weeks of medical treatment. The Nest is only a few blocks from our son and his family. It was convenient to connect with them and visit in this space. The location is also convenient to local attractions for those who are interested.

Lovely private house!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect spot for me to explore neighborhoods as I am looking to relocate. Delicious food nearby. Janice was so kind and easy to work with. I really appreciated all the little touches with fresh eggs, coffee, and nice toiletries. I also felt it was very private for being so close to her house and others. I would definitely recommend it!

Adorable place

The place is very clean which is important these days. Perfect for a couple, 3 people still fit comfortably. The hostess made sure that we had everything we needed. The basket of eggs was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

The house is nicely tucked into a large private courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. Everything inside is a nice quality. The bathroom door is not wide enough for a standard indoor walker. I give the house a very high rating.

Safe and Cozy

The Urban Nest was a cozy, self contained rental. It had all the amenities to make our 1 month stay very pleasant. The egg basket was a real treat. The property is located in a safe Tampa neighborhood.
