Wonderful!

I loved my stay here. The place was very clean. My host was helpful and friendly. One of the best beds I've slept in at a vrbo. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!!

The property and rental are exactly as listed and it is close to everything!! Lashawn was very inviting and made us feel right at home while still allowing us our privacy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The guesthouse is very cozy and welcoming. A well curated interior space with a tasteful color palette and great industrial decor. Surrounded by a lush garden with plenty of privacy. 1 minute walk to Starbucks was a bonus! Highly recommend for out-of-state visitors like us, who want to feel at-home.

This place was amazing!! Our hosts were so friendly and accomodating. We didn't have to aak for anything, because it was all there. Slept well in the bed! I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent host. Very welcomong and responsive. Location is central to local activities. Very cozy and “good vibes” location. Water gets ice and hot. Well appointed. Ive stayed here several times. Highly recommend

Industrial Chic interesting

Went to Tampa to visit our son and daughter in law and our 1 year old grand daughter for her first birthday. Lashawn and Chris were very gracious. I will defiantly stay here again

Perfect central location for exploring Tampa

If you have appreciation for historic neighborhoods and are seeking to be central to so much of Tampa- this is a great place to stay. The garden is lovely, lots of good food nearby and the rental is comfortable and has a great industrial vibe inside. It was a perfect landing spot for our little weekend of Tampa and Dunedin adventuring. Thanks Lashawn!

Fantastic Location & Quiet Comfort

This was such a wonderfully comfortable, roomy guest apartment! Loved the decor, amenities were abundant and well thought out. Roomy shower, stocked kitchen and super linens on the bed. The flower garden area is so welcoming, and jasmine in bloom. We were very very happy with this “find” for a weekend of attractions and a concert , all nearby and accessible . Owner’s excellent communication was a plus, and eatery recommendations were exactly what we craved. Would stay again for sure!

Relaxing little bungalow!

The property was clean and comfortable. The little yard area was cute and inviting. LaShawn was very responsive and was a great host. We felt very safe and relaxed in this sweet little guest house.

Awesome Listing

We absolutely loved the guesthouse. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was also quiet despite being off a major highway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be close to downtown.

All the convinces of home. Totally privacy, perfect place location to go almost anywhere with attractions. The host is very friendly. Helps out with anything you need. Back yard rocks and private. Lovely time, thanks Lashaun will be back🥰

A great little guesthouse

The location was great - easy to get anywhere from there. The bed was comfortable! And it, like other reviews said, was quiet-surprisingly quiet given how close it is to 275. La Shawn was very friendly & helpful. She responded quickly to our requests. And we found a local restaurant she had never tried! I would definitely consider staying here again.

Love!

This home was adorable! The decorations are fabulous and it was very clean! The location is great and the host were even better! LaShawn and Chris made us feel very welcomed and helped us with all of our questions! Parking was right out from, no problem there. The house and yard are beautiful. They were quick to get us our deposit back and I would recommend staying here as we will stay again! Thank you so much! See y'all next time!

a special place by wonderful people

My wife and I rented the Industrial Chic Guesthouse this past week and we had such a lovely time. It was great to get to know LaShawn and Chris and learn about their home and neighborhood and how the guesthouse came to be. We had cocktails on the patio one evening with some of their neighbors and they gave us great restaurant recommendations. The actual guesthouse is really fantastic. Cozy and romantic in an industrial way. All the furnishings we nice, comfortable and fit the aesthetic. There was plenty of room to spread out for the week, with a very nice kitchen and living space. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Great amenities in the bathroom. The patio is really lovely and we had a few breakfasts there. The location was also very central to the things we were doing there. Thanks again for making our stay so great! One can clearly see how much they love their home and this space they have shared for other travels.

Convenient location with hospitality abounding

Great location to get around the Tampa metro area and Lashawn and Chris were great. Loved the comfort of the bed and the backyard! Character of the homes in the neighborhood made it even more special. Parking on street was easy in front of the house and privacy was great! Thank you!
