"The location is great. It is just 15min from JB CIQ. There are many food options and Jaya Grocer is available for other needs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is extremely comfortable with lots of amenities. Main complaint is the noise. I stayed on the 13rd floor on Friday and Saturday. "The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted."

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. "the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well.
