"We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. "I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. "It was very clean. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. It only serves from 7 AM to 10 AM. That’s what I love the most because I am an early bird. The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking it is very limited when there is heavy traffic in the hotel, but very convenient to see from every window on the property. It was perfect. I could see my car from my room window."

"Parking was fine. Property was in desperate need of an upgrade. I believe they are starting remodeling. No maid service offered and not given bath towels upon request (realized they were bath mats far too late.) Breakfast was ok, however no forks, yogurt out of date, bacon burnt..... "The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest."
